You are invited to this moment of reconnection with yourself, with your true essence.

Saturday, December 14 from 9:30 to 11:30 at the Centre Communautaire in St-Eugene (Ontario).

We'll start by decrystallizing accumulated tensions with 15 minutes of powershaking. As the name suggests, we'll shake our bodies to the beat of African drums!

We'll then settle down with a short meditation to anchor and harmonize the chakras. Followed by a breathwork exercise.

We finish with 30 minutes of intuitive dance to connect us to our inner Goddess, our creative energy and our sensuality.

There will also be a moment of sharing at the very end.

Contribution of $33 per person.

A minimum of 6 participants is required for the event to take place.
