General requirement
All applicants must provide a current criminal background check. To obtain a criminal record check, you must contact your local police department.
The following documents must be presented upon request:
- Social Insurance Card
- Driver's license
- Health insurance card
- Current criminal record check (obtained no more than three months prior to employment)
- Voided check (direct deposit of payroll is required)
- Proof of skills required in the job offer if requested
